Move The Channel Tunnel Entrance to London

We'd all agree that the channel tunnel is a good thing (unless you're a bank who has lent the company money). Crossing to France for a weekend or a booze trip has never been so easy, but let's face it, who wants to drive all the way to the South coast? Why not move the tunnel entrance to the North side of London? This means that not only is it easier for the majority of the population to get to, but it saves all that destruction of the countryside between London and the current entrance as the roads are expanded to cope with the ever increasing traffic. Something that's good for the public and good for the environment and it's not often you find that.
