Colostomy Bags For Dogs

Dogs are a man's best friend and we're a nation of dog lovers, but there's nothing worse than scraping dog mess off your shoe. It's not like the dogs can be blamed, they're just doing what comes naturally to them. The problem lies with the owners - they're either too lazy or two stupid to clear up their pet's mess. Fines are a good idea, but they don't work. Who knows someone who's been fined for their dog making a mess?

The easy solution is to fit every dog with a colostomy bag. The problem would then vanish, and not only that but dog owners wouldn't have to carry bags around with them - the dogs would do the job for them. All the owner would have to do is empty the bag every day. Less mess for everyone.
