Tax Passive Smoking

If you're a smoker, you're probably sick to death of paying higher and higher taxes for your favourite hobby. Next time you're in a pub smoking take a look around you at all the other people who aren't smoking. Did it ever occur to you that all those people are sharing your smoke without pay any of the tax?

You might not be able to stop that happening, but it'd make you feel a lot better if all those other people had to pay the tax just like you. Plus all that extra money could go towards the NHS.
